The Heroes Start to Emerge
Now that things are starting to calm down, the real heroes of the riots are starting to emerge.
There can be none, who deserves to be called a hero, than Tariq Jahan. Read about him in the Guardian.
How many of us could behave in such a courageous and forgiving manner after their son had been murdered?
Not many I would say!
The Anonymous Widower 
He appears to be a TRUE Muslim, whose faith and belief are a part of who he is, and his reaction is what it is because of that. There are a number of other examples of people who truly live their faith and belief who have done the same. The one which immediately springs to my mind is the father of the Special Branch Officer Stephen Oake who was shot in about 2003. Robin Oake immediately spoke out similar things, which calmed tensions – he is a TRUE Christian, I dont know him personally, but am aware of the church he goes to etc
