Temporary Barriers On London’s Bridges » Westminster Bridge

  1. The barriers are ugly, but necessary. But it would be good if they only needed to be temporary. Worryingly, they look as if they make crossing the road difficult, involving walking further. Not helpful to people who can’t walk far. Hopefully they will find a way around that.

  2. There is a light controlled crossing at both ends, but some of the walking routes are difficult, especially on Waterloo and have been made worse.

London needs more separated pedestrian routes across the river, as I suppose most cities do!
