The hospital I’m in has no 4th, 14th, 24th or 34th floors. Superstition!

About This Blog
What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.

Interesting, I have come across hospitals with no Ward 13, floor 13 or bed 13, but not those with 4 in. I guess their superstitions are different from ours.
have they said how long you will need to stay in the hospital? They are obviously keener on keeping folk in the hospital there than over here, they throw you out way too quickly here in UK.
