Fragile Warfarin Tablets
The pharmacist recently changed my Warfarin tablets to a different make; Teva UK, Leeds LS27 0JG.
Medically, I ASSume they’re OK, but I tend to break them getting them out of the packaging. The dog doesn’t mind, as she’ll eat anything that can go down a basset.

In my experience generics are not always as identical and one would hope. There is one generic version of a very powerful pain medication which has no effect on me at all! Within 36 hours of starting the pack I am in so much pain I literally cannot get out of bed. It is now on my records at the pharmacy that I am not to be given that generic.
If you have trouble dealing with the tablets it is likely they pharmacy would do the same for you, since you have hand problems after a stroke.
If your doggie is eating the broken bits, it might be worth keeping an eye on her in case they make her bleed internally, my dad was told to make sure his doggie, Charlie, didnt accidentally swallow any of his warfarin.
