Bad Dog Owners
Some work done by I think the Metropolitan Police showed that if they stopped a car with no Road Tax, insurance or MOT, then there was a fifty percent chance that the occupants of the car were committing or had committed another non-motoring offence.
I wonder if similar research has been done into the owners of hard-looking dogs, when they walk around the streets, giving a message, that we don’t want to see!
I suspect, it would show similar results to the cars.

I would agree people who are bad owners of dogs are committing other crimes as well. The injuries which caused my disability were caused by a dog whose owners neglected it badly, were also later shown to be defrauding the benefits agency. The dog was a pedigree labrador retriever, with Kennel Club certificate to prove it.
When I had tried to involved the RSPCA – both before and after the accident they did nothing at all for many months and then eventually put a card through the door asking if the dogs were okay!
By which time Dogs Trust had taken them, sorted them out helathwise, had them neutered and rehomed them.
It wasnt the dogs fault I was injured, he was lovely natured and was being friendly and wanting some loving and petting.
