The Emirates Air-Line Was Quiet
It was the quietest I’d seen the Emirates Air-Line, since I started crossing it every Sunday morning, with the possible exception of when it was raining.
I had a gondola to myself, but as the weather was good with no wind, there was no sway. The more in a gondola, the better they seem to ride.

We all have our favorite trips, and cafe’s . . . like village living . . . talking to regulars in the Shops & Stops.
We have 11 Million visitors a year in our region . . . however, where ever you go there are many people & neighbours: we stop & talk to every time, we go out.
I enjoy the Village Life Style . . . and most days stop & meet greet up to 10 to 20 people . . . young & old alike.
Enjoy your Emirates Gondola walk, and other London Trips . . . life is friends & neighbours.

London is still a mosaic of villages in a way, But the Olympics is changing London. And for the better! Many, be they black, white or Asian, would now describe themselves as Londoners first. More people talk on the street or in public transport. Why I’m not sure, but I think the last generation of kids were better educated than the previous couple. But they’ve now had to make efforts to teach the kids rhyming slang, which my father taught me.
