Absolutely. It must be a right pain for you!
My company hasn’t actually been scammed, but they were using our e-mail address as the return and we nearly got black-listed. Luckily the spammer stopped using it.
I must admit that if I needed the services of a scammed company like yours, you’d be at the top of the list to try.

I joined Net-Temps and that was the last I heard from them. Did absolutely nothing, waste of money.
