Back in My Own Home
I arrived at my house at about eleven this morning.
It’s good to be back! Except for my left side and possibly a bit of vision, I’m not too bad either. I managed a trip to Waitrose with just a driver.

What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.
Waitrose has a nice new lot of GF food, including Alara and Delicious Alchemy products.
Is your speech okay?

yes, speech is fine.
I don’t like the new selection. There are no Village Bakery fruit bars, Trufree crackers and other stuff, I always bought.
