It is just the sort of e-mail, that the Delete key was designed for.
I’m slightly puzzled about how this scam works, but I suspect they’ll ask for some money at some point.
HRSWO Symposium Invitation. Its appear to be funny story of free airfare, accomodation etc. I support to delete.

But there are others, who are not so sensible. There is an English phase that says that if something is too good to be true, it probably is!

How can HRSWO Symposium Invitation be for anybody that to free airfare, accommodation etc.It seems to fraud.

They sent me such a message and I replied, giving them fake details about myself. They then relied telling me to a booking to make some reservations with some selected hotels in Dakar and send the receipt to them for processing my visas.
And you see! This is just dubious. Although, there are organisations that can do such, but not for everybody (I think they cando that for resource persons invited like researchers, and other professsionals). Certainly, not everybody!
Shine your eyes and read between the lines!

The trouble is Muhammad is that despite all our warnings, people still sign up and get conned out of a lot of money. We can only tell them not to be gullible so many times!

Just as well I thought of looking up this HRSWO thing cos the email didnt explain what it stood for!! and its a good thing I’d never reply to a ‘personal’ email for organisation stuff! Thanks AnonW! Its good to know someone out there is looking out for people like us!! PS – might help if we translate the English phrase into diff. languages so people will get the idea!! *hehehe*
