Parking in Disabled Spaces
I took this picture today by the O2.
It shows a row of cars parked in disabled spaces. I did look but couldn’t see one disabled badge. Perhaps my eyes aren’t very good.
Next time I go, I’ll have another look and show number plates next time.

That is very common, especially in places where people dont pay in disabled spaces. Fraudulent badges are also a problem. In Manchester they are really strict, people using disabled spaces without a badge or with a fraudulent badge are always prosecuted and their names are printed in Manchester Evening News.

A friend used to supervise disabled parking in a town in the West Country. They were extremely aggressive against wrong doers and managed to generate enough revenue to create move spaces and employ a couple more wardens.
I have no problem with anybody correctly parked, but as a pedestrian most of the time, bad parking often forces me into the road.
