An Obvious Shortcut
I did chuckle, when I saw this sign outside of a pub.
It’s funny, but Π for pie is rather obvious and simple, but I’ve never seen it used this way before.

What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.

Sounds Yummy . . . I will have 3 & 1/7 . . . thank you

Most pub pies, even ones from Michelin-starred chefs are not gluten-free. So I won’t!
I haven’t had a pie with pastry for at least fifteen years. I’ve had a quiche though. And of course I make shepherd’s and fish pies with a potato topping.
But some will say, they’re not proper pies. Although, a real shepherd’s pie is a lamb one.
