Marks And Spencer’s Gluten-Free Breaded Cod
I had this for supper last night.

Marks And Spencer’s Gluten-Free Breaded Cod
And very good it was too! I just baked it in the oven for 18 minutes or so. The potatoes were small ones from Waitrose, done in the microwave.
I haven’t anything to cook chips. I did think about going to get some from McDonalds up the road. But didn’t!
Some oven chips are okay, but you can make your own – cut up the potato – skin on if you wish – into chip sized pieces, dip them in strongish GF stock, put on a an ovenproof tray, sprinkle with mixture of things such as a little salt, black pepper, curry powder, chilli, onion powder, garlic powder etc. Put in oven about 10 minutes before fish and they will be ready at same time.

I sometimes use a potato recipe of my mother’s, where you wash and slice the potatoes and put them in tin foil, with lots of marge, pepper and salt. Then you bake them!

Marks and Sparks. Nice. Are they coming out with a pretty good gf line now?

They seem to be bringing out more and more. And a lot of their ready meals are gluten-free, which can’t be said for Waitrose
