Free’d Crispbread And Tiptree Marmelade

I used to eat a lot of Ryvita with a decent marmalade spread on it. So today, I tried some Tiptree Marmalade on some Free’d crispbread.

It was very nice, but it was just a little bit messy! So it should probably be eaten with a serviette handy!

  1. It looks nice; reminds me of my dad who wasn’t a big milk drinking person, but who loved shredded wheat – he had them with butter and marmalade on them

  3. Free’d seem to have targetted all of the local delis in London, like my local one here.

If you’ve got a nice one locally, why not tell them what’s happening in London.

The deli actually had a big writeup in The Times earlier in the week.

  4. I dont tend to go to deli’s, but there is a fairly local cafe, in Hale Barns, which I visit several times a week to meet friends. They are now very clued up on GF, and I am not the only coeliac who goes in there now. I am going to encourage them to go to Coeliac Society recognition.
