No Progress On Chase Line Electrification
This morning, I went up the Chase Line to Rugeley Trent Valley station and took a few pictures.
I am not publishing any of the pictures, as nothing seems to have changed since I wrote Up And Down The Chase Line in September last year.
I am still puzzled at the lack of progress!

did you not spot the mast bases in place along much of the line from Landywood to Rugeley?

I did see some. But electrification is in a mess in this country and they seem to do a bit of piling here and a bit of piling there!
It’s almost as they have only one machine and move it round the country
