Pret A Manger Comes To Dalston On Friday
It appears that Pret a Manger’s new Dalston branch opens on Friday.
But search the Internet and not everybody is happy.
Pret is accused of the gentrification of Dalston.

What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.
Last time I checked, they didnt do gluten free; and if they did, I don’t think I would trust them.

They don’t seem to be comprehensive, but they do some reasonable tuna salads. In Dalston, M & S is next door, so it’s a sensible place to have a coffee after shopping before walking home.
