My Christmas Pudding
These pictures show my Christmas pudding, which I had tonight.
Note.
- I just put it in the oven for fifteen minutes.
- It was excellent!
I’d certainly have another one!

About This Blog
What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.

Did you make it yourself or buy it?
I have made them in the past, and cooked them in the microwave, but now I usually buy them and eat in the microwave. Coles do excellent gluten free ones, in since sizes, and they are also available alcohol free and gluten free in the same pudding if you want that.
That said, in my current absence of appetite, I haven’t had any this year, or any Christmas cake.
