Trump’s Eyeing Greenland – But Other Arctic Investment Is Frozen
The title of this post, is the same as that of this article on the BBC.
The BBC Article is a good introduction to Trump’s ideas for Greenland.
This is my one thought.
Do we side with Trump and the United States or our Danish friends?
Greenlanders and Denmark, unless of course the USA agrees to resume being colonies of the UK.

If this is typical of the thoughts that Trump will think up, we’re in all for interesting times.
Over the years, I’ve had quite a few dealings with the American armed forces, that were often in convivial circumstances like a real ale pub in Suffolk.
I also took three USAF A 10 pilots for a jolly round Suffolk to give them a view of the countryside on their arrival in the UK in my Cessna-340A.

I suppose it depends whether you subscribe to the ethos of keeping your friends close and your enemies even closer.

Trump is going to be a rich vein of humour. Especially ironic stuff, which I doubt he’ll understand.
