A Very Good Sweet and Sour Pork
I just had a very nice lunch. It was all gluten-free too!
It was thickened with corn flour.

About This Blog
What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.

HI James
I assume from your blog that you are still in HK. It is good to hear that you are getting GF food over there. here in Uk it is hotter than the med!
YOu mentioned a breakfast cereal which you hadnt been able to get, I think I saw it as a new line in our local Waitrose, but couldnt remember the name which you had said. And now cant remember the name I saw either.
Hope you are doing okay, still praying for you

Hello James, I’m glad you are still in the land of the living and enjoying the grub. Must tell the staff at the Golden Panda in Ipswich!
How are you getting on? Any idea when they will be giving you a get out of jail card?
We look forward to getting you home in the meantime all is well here.
