How Do McDonalds Add Gluten to a Cappucino?

I thought a cappucino was gluten free!  But according to the information in the McDonalds at Blackpool, it’s not!

  2. I am here at my computer drinking a Vente Skinny Decaff Cappucino, from Starbucks. I dont know about McD now but they did at one time use a powder containing dried milk for the cappucino, and the milk powder had maltodextrin or some such in it. If I am anywhere other than Starbucks, I dont have the chocolate sprinkles just in case.
