Does Jam Count As One Of Your Five-A-Day?
Apparently, according to this article in the Daily Mail, one in five Scots do!
but then I admit, that I do like Dundee lamb chops. But then they are gluten-free!

What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.
My mother counts a Mr Kipling Apple Pie as one of her 5 a day! If she has 4 of them, she makes it 5 because she has a banana as well. Her diet has always been dreadful!

Wine is made from fruit one of your five a day……and if you have the ice and a slice in your drink…that counts too….
