Putting the beer away, told me that I must hurry up with the rebuilding of my kitchen.
I didn’t actually cut myself, but I must have caught myself once for every bottle I put away. And of course, Jerry didn’t put any lights in the cupboard.

What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.
The Anonymous Widower
We had our double glazing put in by Everest, and they do kitchens as well. They aren’t the cheapest (but not the dearest either) and unless you know someone local, they are a good company to use, we are really pleased with the windows and when we replace the kitchen we will almost certainly use them again.
