The main conclusion is that LNER services are worth £ 2 billion per year to the UK.
Could similar figures be attributed to other train operating companies?

Other than TL my local operator have used them most over last 12mths and been impressed about how full the trains have been.

Their ticketing has impressed me. I’m possibly off to Lincoln tomorrow, if the weather is good.
