Who Lights The Flame at Stratford?
I’m not sure, but I’ve heard so much speculation about who it is!
Perhaps Danny Boyle has gone for that superb British institution; a compromise, where perhaps any number of celebrities and/or ordinary people do it together.
He’s certainly got everyone guessing!

I don’t think it will be, as there were tens of thousands at the rehearsal and so few details have leaked. There has been a bit of speculation, but I don’t think anybody is right, so is this the first theatrical performance to a billion people?

Absolutely . . . another Great United Kingdom moment . . . Congratulations London.
This sets the stage . . . that we, the world are able to enjoy true competition.
The first box to tick . . . is the Olympians, the next box, to Compete & Enjoy . . . then to appreciate all those who achieve PBs . . . and lastly to share with all Medal Winners . . .
The third London Games, brings to us . . . True Sportsmanship for all Nations & Competitors.

I think this set the feelings . . . like Oz supports our team, but enjoys all competitors & people doing their best {after all they all made it as Olympians . . . that is what counts}
