A Walk By A Wild Sea
I came back to the hotel the long way, by walking along the coast road and then climbing a zig-zag path up the cliffs.
It certainly opened up my breathing.

What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.
I love Biarritz. I have visited a few times with a friend. For the past few years we have spent holidays just an hour north at a campsite in Labenne Ocean. I love that part of the world. Interesting to see you travelled there by train. Was it a good journey? Take long?

I flew to Bilbao and worked my way to Biarritz by coach, metro and train, using the route Michael Portillo took on television in reverse.
If you work your way through these posts you’ll find the full story.

It took me about seven hours travelling time from Biarritz to St. Pancras. I’ll write a detailed post on times later.
