92 Clubs By Public Transport Alphabetically in a Calendar Month – Day 12
Back to Home Page Day 11 Day 13
It seems that long days have become the norm and here’s another one with Fulham, Gillingham, Hartlepool and Hereford.
In fact, it will probably be best to arrive as early as possible into Hereford and spend the night there. But the ground is close to the station.

Back to Home Page Day 10 Day 12
This is another long day, with Derby, Doncaster, Everton and Exeter. Although there might be a bit of rearrangement here, if I do Derby on Day 10.
I’ll try and do Derby early, as that will definitely mean I get to Exeter for the night and I might even be able to get back to London that night.

Back to Home Page Day 9 Day 11
This shown be an easy day with just Crewe, Crystal Palace and Dagenham and Redbridge to visit.
It is one day, where a bit of catch up might be possible, as I could probably be back at St. Pancras by 17:00 for a train to Derby to start Day 11. And as Pride Park isn’t far from the station, it would be possible to do a quick return.
92 Clubs By Public Transport Alphabetically in a Calendar Month – Day 8
This is a much easier day with Charlton and Chelsea, followed by Cheltenham and Chesterfield. The last team can be tacked on as there is a direct train from Cheltenham to Chesterfield.
Cheltenham are at home on the 8th, but it would appear, it’s impossible to see the match and then get back from Chesterfield.
92 Clubs By Public Transport Alphabetically in a Calendar Month – Day 7
This is three long journeys in one day, assuming that I end up coming back from Manchester on Day 6. But you expect that with Cardiff and Carlisle being two of the farthest clubs from London.
92 Clubs By Public Transport Alphabetically in a Calendar Month – Day 6
This is not an easy day, with Burnley, Burton Albion and Bury well separated.
I suspect I’ll end up in Manchester about 19:00 and do a quick trip out to Bury on the tram, before taking a train back to London. Or I might get ahead of myself and if there’s a suitable train get down to Cardiff for Day 7.
92 Clubs By Public Transport Alphabetically in a Calendar Month – Day 4
I’ll spend a long time on a train on this day, as although there are only two clubs to visit; Bournemouth and Bradford. But they are some way apart.
92 Clubs By Public Transport Alphabetically in a Calendar Month – Day 3
This could be one of those days, where I visit four clubs; Birmingham, Blackburn, Blackpool and Bolton. It could just be five if all things go well and I can finish off at Bournemouth.
However after checking the train times. it would appear that to get to Bournemouth is impossible, so it’ll be a return to London and my bed.
I think, I’ll have to assume I’m starting from Barnsley or Birmingham city centre, as it doesn’t look like that on Day 2, I can get home easily.
92 Clubs By Public Transport Alphabetically in a Calendar Month – Day 2
This is not an easy day, as Aston Villa, Barnet and Barnsley are all within easy walks of train stations, but I do have to go up to Aston Villa and then up to Barnsley, with a short detour from Euston to High Barnet in between.
I should be back from Aston Villa before 15:00 and so should be ready to leave St. Pancras by 16:00.
I think I’ll have to go to Birmingham to start Day 3.

92 Clubs By Public Transport Alphabetically in a Calendar Month – Day 1
This is an odd day, where I hope to visit Accrington Stanley, Aldershot and Arsenal, but at least I’ll end up in my own bed as the Emirates is just a few kilometres or so from my house.
I shall probably go up to Liverpool the day before and spend the night there.
There are two ways to get from Accrington to Aldershot and a lot depends if I watch all of the game. If I can get a lift in a supporters coach, but not a car, that would probably get me back to Aldershot at around 22:00 or 23:00. Trains are not easy, in that if I leave Accrington on the 17:06 train, I get to Aldershot at 22:19.
The last train back to London leaves at 23:34, but there quite a few of them..
So it is a very tight day.
