Coronavirus: New York Couples Can Now Tie The Knot Over Zoom

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has signed an order allowing online marriages, as many weddings are cancelled under lockdown restrictions.
It sounds like a sensible idea to me.
When I first heard this story, I wondered if Zoom will be allowed for Quickie divorces?

My friend’s grandson was due to marry next Saturday but they weren’t able to get a licence because of the lockdown. They have put it back to 6th June. But some guests will be present via Zoom – one of the Grandad’s will be in the middle of chemo, so can’t travel several hundred miles. Neil and I and a friend Pam wont be flying over. So I seem to doing the Zoom. It will give me a chance to wear something prettier than leggings and tee shirts.
