Why Did I Get The Samsung QLED Television With The Faulty Screen?

I have just had a massive run in with Samsung over a Galaxy S7 Edge I bought from their shop. Internet, Wi-Fi and 4G calling plus DLNA had all been disabled compared to Samsung phones I had previously tested and / or seen videos of on the web. Eventually I ended up with an S8 instead, but don’t expect a lot of joy dealing with them. OTOH on the basis of the clear evidence above, John Lewis will probably give you a full refund NQA. I would however suggest letting it run in for some hours or even days as the dark bar seems to move around.
