Instructions For The Stupid
I made my fish supper last night and used these beans.
Note on the packet it says when you boil them, that you should remove them from the packaging.

About This Blog
What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.

Many of the prepacked veg..you can cook in the bags…in the microwave….so for those who dont do Ping cookery..the instructions are valid.
Still prefer my beans to have not food miles..but food feet….about 20 in total..and thats via the sink….

I agree with you in many ways about food miles. But a lot of these very small packs are what I need for my supper. So I don’t throw good food away.
On the other hand, if you look at beans and other crops from places like Kenya, they generally come over as belly cargo on scheduled airliners, which would fly anyway. They also create much needed employment.
