Is Holland and Barrett A Health Store?
I was surprised on Sunday to see one of Holland and Barrett’s employees outside their store having a quick ciggie.
I though they were a health store?
Or have I missed something and ciggies are now healthy?

About This Blog
What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.

Tempted to say they arent a health store! When I want the stuff they sell I go to Unicorn in Chorlton or 8th Day on Oxford Road, which are both better. And cheaper

I only buy vitamins and sually I get them from Boots, as they are cheaper and the staff in my branch at the Angel are so helpful. When I had a problem with my ring finger a few weeks ago, I got a free massage from a very competent Indian lady. who showed me how to calm it down and said the best thing was olive oil.

I rarely buy anything like that, but do buy beans, tinned vegan food for emergency use, and various naturally GF stuff.
