You Can Always Rely On Boris For a Good Quote
This article in The Guardian has this quote from Boris Johnson.
Vote Tory and get broadband. Vote Ukip and get Miliband!
Is there another UK politician, who is as good with words as Boris?

About This Blog
What this blog will eventually be about I do not know.
But it will be about how I’m coping with the loss of my wife and son to cancer in recent years and how I manage with being a coeliac and recovering from a stroke. It will be about travel, sport, engineering, food, art, computers, large projects and London, that are some of the passions that fill my life.
And hopefully, it will get rid of the lonely times, from which I still suffer.
Why Anonymous? That’s how you feel at times.

I like Boris, and I like the quote. The idea of Miliband as PM worries me somewhat. He isn’t up to the job IMO.
It also concerns me how many people think that we can stop, or even reverse, cuts, whilst increasing services greatly, and at the same time lower personal taxation! So many people fail to grasp the most basic tenets of economics!

As I travel around on buses and trains, I overhear a lot of comments about various politicians. I’ve heard very few complimentary ones about Miliband and Balls and some have been rather hostile, in places, where Labour votes are normally weighed rather than counted.

I don’t like either of them, and I didn’t like David Miliband either.
